Solar farm solar panel cleaning vehicle and custom built transport trailer as a package.

- Operational and ready to work for single profile solar farms, including single axis tracker systems!

- The vehicle consists of an enclosed cab, agricultural vehicle which has been purposely selected to navigate and operate safely in confined solar farm PV module configurations. 

- The specially selected washer brush mechanism, can reach between 100-400 revolutions per minute whilst the engineered water jets disperse water, pre and post cleaning across the PV modules ('wet wash').

 

- The washer brush head is equipped so rotation direction can be controlled (forwards/backwards), based on operational direction through a solar farm.

- The vehicle is equipped with a 2000 Litre towed water tanker  with a range of approximately seven (7) hours of continued operations.

The vehicle, subject to the solar farm PV module configuration, geographical location and topography, is capable of cleaning approximately 600 -2,500 PV modules per hour.

A custom designed and built Transport trailer completes the package for transporting SHEILA from solar farm to solar farm.

Australian Solar Maintenance have up for sale the latest Australian built solar farm solar panel cleaning vehicle ‘RANGA’ (SHEILA's Big Sister). 

The vehicle is 'used', although with nominal hours on the clock and is operationally ready to work with Mine compliance specification upgrades.

 

The vehicle is suited for either single profile solar farms, including single axis tracker systems with a two (2) metre Brush Head, but also comes with an interchangeable a four (4) metre Brush Head configuration for larger configurations!

The vehicle consists of an enclosed cab, agricultural vehicle which has been purposely selected to navigate and operate safely in confined solar farm PV module configurations. 

The specially selected washer brush mechanism, can reach between 100-400 revolutions per minute whilst the engineered water jets disperse water, pre and post cleaning across the PV modules (‘WET WASH’).

The washer Brush Head and Boom Arm configuration is controlled through smart joystick control unit, controlling all configurations of the Boom Arm (rotational direction of the Brush Head, (forwards/backwards), left or right swing of the Boom Arm and many more configurations.

The vehicle is equipped with an 800 Litre fixed water tank to the 3-point linkage and can be easily removed to attach a slasher mechanism for vegetation management.
